The Ladies Aid will hold a Pork Dinner on May 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the church Schoolhouse Building on the Church grounds. Cost is $12 for a home made pork dinner meal with beverages and desserts. $6 for ages 3 and younger. Proceeds benefit church restoration projects.

Happy Birthday to our wonderful Harry! The church celebrated Harry's 90th birthday this month with a little party at the school house. We are lucky to have such a great man in our church family.


Palm Sunday Services, featuring traditional hymns and a distribution of fresh palms will be held on Sunday, April 9 at 10 a.m.

Easter Sunrise Service planned for 7 a.m. at the field on Quarry Hill Road, just past the Schoolhouse Hill Road intersection, followed by a potluck breakfast in the church school house building. A traditional Easter Sunday service will be held 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary.

Scenes from the 2017 Quilt Show! We'd also like to share our visitors' favorite quilts, this year it was a three way tie - Betty Sennet, Judy Kimball and Nancy Goldstein. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your beautiful quilts with us!


Save the date! The Haddam Neck Congregational Church Quilt Show will be held on April 1 and 2, 2017 in the church sanctuary and historic schoolhouse, 408 Quarry Hill Road, Haddam Neck. The event, held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday features dozens of beautiful new and vintage quilts from local collectors and creators, raffles, a quilt shop and tea room with home made soups, breads and desserts. Admission is $6. The Ladies Aid Society of Haddam Neck Congregational Church will host a Valentine Tea on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 11 a.m. at the Haddam Neck Congregational Church Parish House, 408 Quarry Hill Road, Haddam Neck. Donations to the event will benefit Heifer International, a nonprofit organization that works to eradicate hunger globally.
